Return Policy
At Chuchos-chic, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. For this reason, we offer a period of 14 calendardays from the receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the legislation in force in Spain.
To make a return, the product must be in perfect condition, unused and with its original packaging intact. Once we receive the item and check its condition, we will proceed to refund the amount paid, including the initial shipping costs, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.
Return costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or there has been an error in the order. There are some exceptions to the right of return, such as personalised items or unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
